POLICIES AND INFORMATION
 

• Lesson cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours in advance (lessons on the weekend must be cancelled by Friday at 5pm). Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 charge to the student.
   

• Any additional ICBC fees are not included in the prices and must be payable by the student.

• In order to cancel a road test booked by our office, we require 72 hours notice.
   

• All lessons are conducted on a one-on-one basis, however, another person may be present in the vehicle with the permission of the student and instructor for training or evaluation purposes.
   

• A fee of $20.00 will be assessed for NSF cheques.

• If package lessons are discontinued, package rates are invalid. Completed lessons will be billed at the current lesson rate ($60 per hour) and a refund will be issued for the balance. An administration fee of $40.00 will be levied for all refunds.
   

• Any personal information will be protected and only used within this school and with ICBC and Driver Services.
